Man, how I’ve forgotten what an awesome season autumn is. The temperature is finally below 85 degrees (yet still warm enough to grill steaks for dinner), one can wear boots without feeling overdressed, Trader Joe’s opened in our neighborhood yesterday (!!) and I can nearly wear scarves again!
With our first pathology exam on Monday, I sequestered myself in coffee shops yesterday and this morning, until Stanford-Duke gametime rolled around and my Duke-alumna roomie and I made the trip to our local sports bar for the slaughtering (sorry, Duke).
The end of this exciting ND-Michigan game is also a perfect background for online pathology review questions!
Sadly, the 49ers game will not be aired here tomorrow, but perhaps that is for the best. I can always just study at Starbucks and watch the drunk Bears fans walk by to Soldier Field if I need my football fix.
